Product Description

This CleanFreak heated carpet extractor has an adjustable pressure pump (0 - 500 PSI), and serves as the 'big brother' to the 120 PSI heated model that is also available. Using heated water in your carpet cleaning process will help to remove even more dirt than with an unheated machine. Hot water helps loosen the bond between the dirt and carpet fibers, making it easier to remove.

The machine itself comes with a 25' vac hose / solution line combo and a 12" adjustable glide drag wand with a single #02 spray jet. We also sell it in a package with a hand tool. The adjustable glide head on the drag wand can easily remove up to 30% more water from carpeting over a standard drag wand. Less water left behind means faster dry times. To speed things up even further, we recommend using several air movers during and after your cleaning job is complete. Leaving fans running to dry the carpets will not only speed up the dry time, but will also ensure no musty odors will be left behind.

A great additional feature that comes with the machine is the 2-piece adjustable glide drag wand. It is the perfect tool for professional carpet extractors on the move. A button lock snaps the two pieces into place for use, and comes apart for transporting and storage. The solution line has a 1/8" quick disconnect fitting on it, so the wand does truly come fully apart into two separate pieces.

There are 2 separate 750 watt heaters located within the bowels of the machine that will provide a maximum water temperature of 210° F. Between the heater, pump, and vacuum, you'll need to power the unit with electrical outlets on 2 separate circuit breakers. The machine itself has a built-in circuit locator that will tell you if you're on 2 separate circuits or not. Simply press the circuit locator button when plugged into 2 outlets, and if the light turns on, you know you're good to start extracting. If not, you'll need to search for another outlet within reach.

This CleanFreak 500 PSI heated extractor can be dialed in for your specific needs for each job. When you dial the pump in (turn it clockwise), you are turning the pump up to its max power. When screwing it out (turning in a counter-clockwise direction), you are actually dialing the PSI down. With this versatility, you can use this extractor in a number of different environments and still get the most out of your unit.

There are cleaning attachments, such as external scrubbing power brushes and upholstery tools that can make this machine even more powerful. The only other thing you'll need to get your machine up and running, is the proper carpet cleaning chemicals.

*Please Note: You cannot use normal extension cords with this machine unless they are a heavier gauge than the ones attached to the unit. Using a "regular" extension cord could cause the unit to overheat and be a fire risk.
