The CleanFreak 'Flood Master' is a portable flood pumper extractor. It can pump out liquid, sludge, and solids up to 1/2" in diameter, at a rate of 50 gallons per minute. There is a rust proof stainless steel basket located just inside the body, where the recovery hose enters the tank, to trap all solids, and hold them for later removal. With the 50 foot recovery hose, 50 foot dump hose, and the 12" squeegee wand, this flood pumper has the largest possible coverage area of any of our flood restoration dump out extractors.
The 'Flood Master' is made from a heavy duty fiber composite body with a 3-stage vacuum motor. The pump flow rate of 1800 gallons per hour is one of the highest rated flood pumpers on the market! The extractor can also be used as a typical extractor, with a 10 gallon capacity, and dump valve off the rear of the machine. It has very easy access to all mechanical components for future maintenance and repairs. Not only is the Flood Pumper great for flood recovery, it also works great in conjunction with pressure washers, and on construction sites for picking up slurry from cutting concrete and marble.

Damn things to short, hard to move around. They need to have big boy wheels and an higher handle, a handle on the front to assist caring down steps would have been nice

Biggest piece of crap ever
We had this thing about 1.5 yrs. tried to use in 5 times "5 TIMES" . Sent in for repairs 3 times, Now the damn thing not working again. ! 1st the vacuum wont pick up, then the stupid thing wont pump. Who ever designed the stupid thing must be about 3ft tall as short as the handle is is.
Sad thing is , We were really excited to get this into out inventory, with plans to buy 3 more What a disappointment and a waste of money. Anyone interested in an over-sized paperweight ? Hopefully I just got the Lemon in the warehouse, an know one else has such issues

Great Water Extractor
My crews fight over the Clean Freak Flood Master. We have two other flood pumpers made by other companies, the Clean Freak Flood Master is hands down the better product in both production and ease of use.

Works as expected
Comes already assembled and ready to go. The only thing I would like to see different is a storage area for hoses so I can leave it as a crash cart that is ready to go when needed.

Flood Master flood pumper
Powerful pumps in a manageable size. Shape factor makes it easy to transport and store away. Most recent use was New Years Eve when a customers hot water heater burst....this pumper made short work of the mess. The two 50' hoses are nice but rarely needed. Four 25 footers (with couplings) would be perfect!

The way this unit works is that the water is first sucked into the recovery tank. Once the water reaches the set level, the level switch activates the drain pump and begins pumping the water out. As the water level drops, the pump will stop and then restart once the water reaches the set level again. So, it does drain out at the same time as it picks up the water as long as it reached the level. There may also be times when the draining stops for approximately 5–7 seconds due to the time delay.

The extractor itself is not UL certified, but most of its components are UL certified. As a rule, any piece of equipment that pulls over 13 amps, cannot be UL certified.
