We bought this scrubber for our restaurant floor. It cleans real well. Brings back a lot of memories when I was in the military cleaning the barracks.

I have a commercial flooring installation company, this machine can handle sanding floors for preparation
CleanFreak.com
This machine can handle sanding floors for preparation. If you also need sanding screens, we carry those as well. Please note, you would need to use a red spacer pad with the sanding screens. They act as a spacer pad between the machine pad driver and the floor. Here is the link to the sanding screens - https://www.cleanfreak.com/products/17-inch-round-floor-sanding-screens.
