Cleaned my fabric office chair it did a great job. Cleaned some bad spots in carpet it took them out.

Great extractor
I think the extractor has plenty of power and the water gets pretty hot. Things I didn't like about it are that where you put the clean water in there is not a cover. I don't work out of a nice shop so dust can get in it. Also my machine didn't come with the drain hose that its supposed to have. I would recommend this product but maybe from somewhere else that packages better.

Unreliable yet expensive
I have by far the worst experience with this machine. I only used it maybe 10 times in total in 3 years, and every time I had to use it something was broken. I put it away in the basement for the winter and I always make sure it's completely dry and clean before I do so. But no matter how careful I am using this machine it always breaks down. I already had to replace water heater, the pump, the hose, the plastic ring for the hose etc, copper connector on the heater just cracked. This is industrial grade machine that ran me $1,300 when I bought it. It's not exactly cheap to be broken so often. Other than that, when the machine is working it works great. I love how fast the water gets hot and ready to go.
