'Unique' is a water-soluble concentrated deodorant that is designed to destroy malodors produced by organic sources. A great product to add to any carpet extraction program to keep your carpets smelling pleasant for days after extracting your carpet. It is not a masking agent. You've found a safe to use non-toxic product that will not harm surfaces that have resistance to water. It is also biodegradable and non-flammable. Ideal for mop water and carpet cleaning solutions to leave areas smelling fresh. This product can also be misted directly into the air.
General Cleaning: Add 2 oz per gallon of diluted cleaning solution.
Carpet Cleaning: Add 1 oz per gallon of diluted cleaning solution.
Room Deodorant & Air Freshener: Mix 12 - 14 oz per gallon of water to use in a sprayer to apply directly onto carpeting, into the air, or onto furniture to eliminate malodors.
Surface Spray for Extreme Odor Areas: Use concentrate at full strength for extreme malodors like portable toilets, bedpans, garbage cans, etc.
