I work as an IHSS provider and have kept my client safe from dust and cat hair. I use all the attachments but the one I like the most is the upholstery tool. Small downside is the platic covers for the filters constantly get knocked up and fall off. Small inconveniences for such a great product. Quick work done well.

I use this same exact vacuum in my job as a school custodian and it is awesome. I ordered it for an office I have been cleaning part-time for myself for 30 years now. You can imagine my disappointment when i opened the box and checked the vacuum and found a used vacuum bag in it. I was perturbed but figured not worth the hassle of complaining. That weekend when I went to use it at the office building, I turned it on and it immediately sounded like a wounded cow and the smell of a burned out motor filled the air. My biggest frustration though is with Clean Freaks, the company I purchased it through. Talk about putting someone through the hoops? I was forced to first soeak with the service and repair department and was actually asked if I plugged it in to a working outlet. After speaking with a few different people and losing my cool with one, two days later they finally emailed a prepaid UPS label. This is horrible customer service and I will never purchase anything from Clean Freaks.

I use this vacuum in my house, it is by far the best vacuum cleaner I had ever owned. It is perfect to clean hardwood floors, walls, ceilings, vents etc. If I have to change something on the vacuum, I would change the connection between the plastic hose and the metal tubing.

Purchased this vacuum to clean a large church. The staff loved it so much that I wound up buying a second one for another team.

This vacuum is the best. It is so powerful and easy to use.

This vac helps get the carpets prepped for scrubbing and I have my hands free so I can move furniture to vacuum under. Comfortable harness and the switch is easy to reach.
