Bad choice
We purchased a Go Free backpack in May of 2021 for use in our school. The battery failed after approximately 450 charges and just outside of the two-year warranty. ProTeam basically said tough luck, you are out of warranty. They told us we could buy a new battery for $1,100.00. No more ProTeam. Going to buy a Makita because at least you can afford to replace a battery.
