Bad product and pour return or exchange policy.
We bought one of these machines last year in the month of September. We expected this machine and it would help us to speed up our work, so when we first received the gun to throw the water was not useful so it had to be replaced for what we had to wait a month more. Once the gun was changed in our off season, we no longer needed it, until 2 weeks ago when we started using it again, we noticed that the water heater was not working. this machine was only used 2 or 3 times for 5 minutes and so far it does not work as it should. I contacted the company to make a change so I did not get a good response as they do not change any product after 30 days . If you buy a product from this company, I recommend you check it as soon as you buy it otherwise, immediately return it.
