The CleanHound is a fantastic machine. Batteries do not last quite as long as stated but very efficient machine. The ordering process through CleanFreak was easy and the delivery was on time. We had 1 service issue for a minor leak and CleanFreak had a local tech, Naples, FL, in touch with me the same day.
