This CleanFreak 12 Volt softwash system comes in 2 different setups. The Skid Plate version comes with a Remco pump, accumulator and switch. The 2nd version includes the Skid Plate with the Remco pump, accumulator and switch, plus it also includes the cage, proportioner, hose reel, and spray wand with nozzle. Neither version includes a battery.
Softwash systems have become all the rage recently. This CleanFreak system utilizes low-pressure (100 PSI) with an influx of water (7.0 GPM) and a combination of water, bleach, and soaps to clean exterior surfaces without causing damage. Soft washing can also be used to disinfect and sanitize indoor areas with heavy foot traffic.
The benefit that comes from a softwash system is when the soap, also known as a surfactant, mixes with the bleach to kill the organic growth of algae, mold, mildew and more from exterior surfaces and roofs.
This particular setup can be purchased as just a skid mounted unit, or mounted to a skid with a cage surrounding it. Both units are battery powered and come with a battery box, but the battery is not included. We recommend going to a local Big Box store or a Batteries Plus to purchase a Group 12 Deep cycle battery for use with this system. The caged model also comes with a heavy-duty battery charger
The base skid mounted unit comes with a Remco pump, accumulator and switch. When you upgrade to the caged unit, you get all those same features plus a proportioner, heavy-duty battery charger, hose reel and spray wand with nozzle.
