Great rotary for shampooing carpeting
I really like this rotary. I saved some money on my last rotary and it didn't last. I bought this clark model because they say they are the best, the cadillac of rotaries. So far I believe the hype. Good mahine, good price and fee delivery
Very nice machine, runs very smooth, soft start up and good power. We change pads often and need to raise and lower the handle often to do so. I wish the machine had a release up at the controls as opposed to having to bend over and release to adjust handle.

Can you get an attachment to sand floor with this Clark floor maintenance machine? I have one it’s it’s a few years old. The model is FM 13.

Yes, you can use sanding screens on this Clarke unit. Be sure to use a white or red floor pad as a spacer pad between the pad driver and screen to prevent any damage to the machine or floor. We don't sell a 13" size screen for your current machine. The smallest we carry is 17", but you can always cut that down to fit your 13" machine. We sell a variety of grits (60, 80, 100, 120, and 150).

My question relates to the Clarke CFP Pro17HD. The description is, this model is a buffer. Our company does epoxy flooring. We normally prep concrete floors using a shop blaster grinder. In some instances we have had to use a floor maintainer with a diamabrush concrete prep tool. Can this tool be used with model and is it available for purchase?

As long as the Diamabrush concrete prep tool has the "universal" clutch plate on it (3 notches), then it will work with this machine.
