Equipped with a powerful 1.5 horsepower motor and a triple planetary high-torque transmission, this Bissell 20" floor buffer is built to tackle the toughest jobs. It’s versatile enough to scrub heavily soiled carpets, as well as strip, scrub, and buff hard floors.
