20" Round Floor Sanding Screens for Floor Buffers (60 - 150 Grit) - Case of 10

These 20" floor sanding screens are universal and can be used with any floor buffer, like the CleanFreak® 20" heavy-duty floor buffer. All you need to do is attach a 20" white pad to the bottom of the pad driver, and then attach the sand screen. The white pad will keep the sand screen in place as you work. This sand screen can not attach to a standard pad driver directly, it needs a spacer pad to ensure you don't ruin the pad driver, or the flooring surface.
The sanding screens are really almost like sandpaper on a small grid-like sheet. They start 60 grit, which are the most aggressive, and go up to 150 grit, which are considered ultra fine. The 60 grit sanding screens are very aggressive and are commonly used as an initial screen to "rough up" your wood floor. You would then follow with an 80 grit, or 100 grit, as you work your way up to less aggressive grits to smooth out your floor until you're satisfied with the results. The extra fine 120 grit screens are mainly used for removing very light scratches or buffing between coats of finish. The 150 grit screens are quite fine and produce a nice smooth surface after being used to follow any rougher grit sand screens that were needed. The grits you'll need will depend upon the floor itself and the process you are completing.
