Product Description

These high-performance floor sanding screens are engineered for use with the 14" x 20" Square Scrub orbital floor machine, making them ideal for refinishing and resurfacing wood floors. They deliver excellent results in removing coatings, repairing finishes, and preparing surfaces for new layers. Perfect for gym floor refinishing and painted surface preparation, these versatile screens can be used wet or dry. Their ultra-thin 1.4 mm profile requires pairing with a red spacer pad for optimal performance.

60 grit extra aggressive screens are used as one of the first steps in sanding your wood floors to make them smooth and remove the raised grain.

80 grit aggressive screens are made for heavy-duty sanding to remove wax, paint, and old finish.

100 grit fine screens are used for medium sanding jobs to smooth down wood grains.

120 grit extra fine screens will remove scratches from lower coarse grits.

150 grit ultra fine screens are designed to smooth surfaces and remove small imperfections.

Even though these screens will do a great job sanding, they can't do it if they're clogged full of debris. Make sure to rinse out your screens often, and use them on both sides.

Very Important: This 1.4 mm screen MUST be used with the red spacer pad you see pictured to the left here. If you attach the screen alone to the underside of your machine it will cause irreversible damage to your floor.
