Our 100 grit floor sanding screens are simply a fine sandpaper on a small grid-like sheet. The sand screen attaches to a floor buffer by almost "velcroing" itself to a normal 20" white pad, and then the white pad needs to be mounted to the floor buffer pad driver. The 100 grit pads are just one grit in the series of sanding screens used for wood floor care. You'll work from the rougher 60 or 80 grit screens, to the finer grits such as the 100, 120, and the finest - the 150 grit. The grits you'll need will depend upon the floor itself and the process you are completing.
