Unfortunately, the trigger mechanism is a major letdown—it sticks frequently, causing the solution to keep flowing when you don’t want it to, which wastes product and creates a mess. The swivel handle is just okay; it works but doesn’t feel particularly smooth or intuitive. Additionally, after extended use, the grips start to rub and irritate your hands, which can make long sessions uncomfortable.

Overall:
The Unger Excella shines in durability and wax application but is held back by a finicky trigger, mediocre swivel handle, and uncomfortable grips over time. It’s a decent choice for those who value a sturdy build and smooth finish, but the cons may frustrate users during prolonged use. Consider your priorities before purchasing.

Terrible product for floor finish or wax. I just got mine and used it for the first time with floor finish and all three of the valves were plugged in a very short time. Probably a good product for simple floor mopping. Would not recommend.
