This unit was shipped out and returned to us due to damage. It has been refurbished and tested to make sure everything is in working order. The unit does include the original packaging, and may have some nicks and scratches. Overall, the machine is basically a brand new unit and comes with a full warranty (except for the batteries - these are not covered).

The Advantage 20 automatic floor scrubber is all about simplicity! With almost no extra bells and whistles added to its design, the maintenance, upkeep and cost of ownership is less than its competitors. It comes with large tanks, good run time and an unbeatable warranty. It is the only auto scrubber in the industry to offer a lifetime warranty on the tanks, and the only battery powered auto scrubber in the industry to offer a 2 year "No Questions Asked" warranty on all parts including the brush / vacuum motors. Unfortunately, wear items like squeegees and brushes are not covered.

When talking about the different "Advantages" that this machine has to offer, it all starts with the size of the machine. The large solution tank (15 gallons) will give you 60 minutes of cleaning time before it is empty and needs to be refilled. Under optimal conditions, you'll be able to clean approximately 20,720 ft²/hr. With a 2.5 hour run time, this machine can clean upwards of 50,000 ft² on a full charge. It is the perfect auto scrubber for tackling medium to large spaces, such as gyms, retail stores, warehouses, schools, and more.

The Advantage 20 comes with a 20" everyday floor scrubbing brush, batteries & a charger. The 20" self-leveling head keeps the nylon brush in constant contact with the floor to allow for the best possible clean on smooth and uneven floors. The machine comes standard with a brush, but a pad driver can also be purchased separately. Both utilize a "hands-free" type installation, so the mounting and dismounting of the brush and pad driver happen at the rear of the machine. The operator never has to get down on their hands and knees to change one out.

The follow behind squeegee assembly has a powerful vacuum motor powering it, leaving floors dry to the touch after passing over them. With clearly labeled buttons and a pad/brush assisted drive, it is a breeze to operate and maneuver for users of all types and sizes.
