Keep your Powr-Flite PS460 automatic floor scrubberperforming at peak efficiency with a high-quality replacement squeegee blade kit. Over time, squeegee blades wear down from regular use, which can reduce water pickup and leave streaks on hard floors. A new kit restores optimal recovery performance, improves drying results, and helps maintain safety by reducing slip hazards.
This replacement kit includes both the front and rear squeegee blades to ensure consistent suction and maximum floor contact for superior cleaning results.
Designed as direct replacements for the original parts, this kit makes maintenance quick and easy so your scrubber continues to deliver professional-grade performance day after day.
The squeegee is an important piece in the recovery system of the machine and will become gradually worn over time due to friction with the ground. When the water suction efficiency is reduced, perform the following maintenance steps before replacing the squeegee blades.
Squeegee Maintenance
Wipe clean the blades on both sides to ensure there are no foreign objects or dirt stuck to the blades.
Check the recovery chamber and hose going to the recovery tank is not blocked or clogged.
Check the angle of the squeegee assembly and the blades to ensure it is adequately sealing to the floor.
Check to see if the blades are seriously worn on all sides & need to be replaced.
