Product Description

The platinum warranty is only offered on select machines that we carry. Those machines include the CleanFreak Performer 20 auto scrubber, the CleanFreak Performer 24 auto scrubber, the CleanFreak Reliable 14 auto scrubber, the CleanFreak Reliable 18 auto scrubber, and the CleanFreak EasySweep warehouse sweeper.

With this optional warranty upgrade, you will receive 1 year of exemplary coverage compared to the 30-day coverage that comes with the standard bronze warranty. The differences between the bronze and platinum warranty options are listed below.

Batteries are prorated for 1 year
All automatic scrubber components and parts to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year.
Repairs will be made at a local repair shop, or at your location. We will also bring machines back to our repair shop in extreme situations
Parts that are defective will be sent to you and covered by CleanFreak.
You will not be required to provide a credit card at the time of the initial service call to get the repair started.
Labor for repairs will be covered at the local shop rate.
Travel time for repairs will be covered.
