Nyco® CD-Foam High Foaming Chlorinated Degreaser for Pressure Washing (1 Gallon Bottles) - Case of 4

I pressure wash a restaurant property and needed something that will cut through the proteins in oil, mayonnaise, ketchup and things of that nature. I have tried so many products and they all say that their product would cut through and emulsify the proteins allowing my pressure washer to wash it all away, but none of them did. I was hoping that this product would do the trick, and the description sounded like the very thing I had been looking for. However, no help here.
I will say it does foam for sure! But as far as cleaning, no good

I tried pressure, I tried just hand scrubbing, I tried it with heat, I tried it with no heat, I tried it diluted, I tried it straight out the jug, I tried agitating then pressure washing, I tried waiting 5 minutes, I tried 10 minutes, and once the concrete dries all the stains are still there.

I don't see a difference between the places where I used this product and where I just used my standard cleaning solution. I hold no grudges but for $100 I was hoping for better results.
