Maxim Food Grade Sanitizer is a food grade sanitizer and a hospital grade disinfectant. When being used as a sanitizer, it can be used to sanitize food processing equipment, dairy equipment, refrigerated storage or display equipment, and other non-porous surfaces. Equipment and utensils must be thoroughly pre-flushed or pre-scraped to remove excess food particles. You can apply this product with a cloth, mop, or spray device. When applied with a spray device, you must thoroughly spray all surfaces until they are thoroughly soaked. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes.
When being used as a disinfectant, you should mix 4 oz. sanitizer to 5 gallons of water. At this use level with a 10 minute contact time, this product will kill many forms of bacteria, fungicides, & viruses.
This product is for use on hard, non-porous surfaces in restaurants, bars, kitchens, taverns, cafeterias, institutional kitchens, fast food operations and food storage areas. Do not allow this Maxim Food Grade Sanitizer to freeze.

*For use as a general. hospital disinfectant, virucide:
Pre-clean heavily soiled areas.
Apply 4 oz. of this product per 5 gal. of water (625 ppm active) to disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces with a sponge, brush, cloth, mop, by immersion, auto scrubber, mechanical spray device, hand pump trigger spray device, coarse trigger spray device. For spray applications, spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray.
Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes.
Allow to air dry.
Prepare a fresh solution daily or when visibly dirty.
