Switch on boost mode when you need that extra power to vacuum up more stubborn dirt. The ergonomic harness is designed to be lightweight so users can easily maneuver while also reducing fatigue while cleaning. HEPA media filtration helps traps 99.97% of the dirt, dust, and pollen all the way down to 0.3 microns to improve the air quality as you vacuum. Hexaguard™ technology with activated carbon absorbs odor to improve overall air freshness around you. Please note that battery and charger are not included with this machine and must be sold separately. Also, be sure to pick up some bags for your vacuum. We offer closed collar vacuum bags that will self close and capture all the debris from you vacuuming. We also offer a open collar vacuum bags for this machine that can be emptied and reused multiple times.
Please note, these units are designed only to be used on dry carpet or flooring. If the carpet or floor is damp, the unit will pick up moisture which can result in damage to the unit and battery. Furthermore, the features built into the batteries will actually render any battery connected to a damaged unit unusable. Vacuuming wet or damp carpet or floors is a form of product misuse that voids warranty coverage. As stated in the operator’s manual, to avoid damage “use on dry floor only” and store units “appropriately indoors in a dry place.
This product is used in a business environment and can also be used when people are working because it isn't too loud. It is used approximately 2 hours a day which the larger battery last for 2 hours. Only 1.5 hours to charge up when dead. The product works great and the team is very happy with it. We've had it about a month.

This product exceeded our expectations, we have already ordered another and are still looking at ordering an additional vac on top of that. We were a little hesitant considering we had an older type but it works great. There's even a quiet mode for office use. We use it in our clean room environments and are blown away from the results we get.
