Product Description

Diversey Break-Up Professional Fryer Boil-Out liquid formula is a low-foaming formula that is specifically designed to degrease and clean foodservice fryers while preventing boil-over. Heat and chemical action combine to penetrate, emulsify and clean away built-up grease. This unscented formula eliminates the need for neutralizing. Safe to use and will not corrode stainless steel, mild steel or plated steel. Regular cleaning with fryer boil-out enhances the flavor and appearance of foods while improving the life of shortening. NSF listed and Kosher certified.

Break-Up simplifies product handling, eliminates waste and controls fryer cleaning costs with convenient, portion control pouches.
