Diversey® Suma® Grill D9 Oven & Grill Cleaner is a powerful, ready-to-use cleaner formulated to remove heavy accumulations of baked-on fats, oils, grease, and carbon deposits from commercial cooking equipment. Its highly alkaline formula provides effective cleaning action against heavily carbonized soils, making it an excellent option for demanding foodservice and commercial kitchen environments.
The thickened formula clings to vertical surfaces to increase contact time and improve cleaning performance on stubborn soils. Suma Grill D9 is designed for cleaning ovens, grills, and salamanders and can also be diluted for cleaning fryers. It is suitable for use on stainless steel surfaces commonly found throughout commercial kitchens.
The ready-to-use formula makes routine oven and grill cleaning simple without requiring dilution before application. For best results, heavy loose soils should be removed before applying the cleaner. Food-contact surfaces should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water after cleaning.
