This CleanFreak 12 Volt battery powered 5.3 GPM softwash system comes in 2 different configurations. The Basic Skid Plate model comes with a Remco pump, accumulator and switch on an aluminum base plate. The Complete System comes with the Basic Skid Plate with the Remco pump, accumulator and switch, plus it also includes the cage, proportioner, hose reel, spray wand with nozzle, and a Noco Genius GENPRO battery charger. A 12 Volt Group 24 deep cycle battery is required but not included.
These two CleanFreak softwash systems utilize low-pressure (100 PSI) with an influx of water (5.3 GPM) and a mixture of water, bleach, and soaps to clean exterior surfaces without causing damage. Soft washing can also be used to disinfect and sanitize indoor areas with heavy foot traffic.
The biggest feature of a softwash system is when the soap, also known as a surfactant, mixes with the bleach to kill the organic growth of algae, mold, mildew and more from exterior surfaces and roofs. You can safely remove these eyesores without damaging the surface underneath.
This particular setup can be purchased as just a Basic skid mounted unit, or a Complete system mounted to a skid with a cage surrounding it. Both units are battery powered and come with a battery box, but the battery is not included. We recommend going to a local Big Box store or a Batteries Plus to purchase a Group 12 Deep cycle battery for use with this system. The complete system comes with a heavy-duty battery charger, where as the basic skid plate model does not come with a charger.
The basic skid plate mounted unit comes with a Remco pump, accumulator and switch. When you upgrade to the complete system, you get all those same features plus a proportioner, heavy-duty battery charger, hose reel and spray wand with nozzle.
