I have been using this extractor for a number of years now and like the way it cleans deep and it will also remove oil stains and grime. However this extractor does leave a residue and requires a neutralizer.
Without saying it is the best extractor I have used.

Im using about 4 ounces per 3 gallons on water for normal traffic, for heavy traffic about 6 ounces of cleaner, it's great stuff.
