Bright Solutions® Picture Perfect 25 Floor Finish is a premium 25% solids floor finish designed to deliver exceptional gloss, long-lasting durability, and superior protection for resilient flooring in commercial facilities. Its advanced polymer, resin, and wax blend produces a brilliant, high-gloss finish with excellent coverage in as few as two coats, helping reduce labor and application time. The fast-drying, non-yellowing formula stands up to routine stripping, burnishing, and spray buffing while maintaining its shine in high-traffic environments such as schools, healthcare facilities, offices, airports, and retail stores. Covering approximately 2,000 square feet per gallon, Picture Perfect 25 offers a cost-effective solution for maintaining professional-looking floors.

Directions

1. Thoroughly strip your floor to remove old coatings.
2. Rinse the floor completely to remove any stripper left.
3. Use a neutralizing rinse like 'Film Off' neutralizer to help improve the finish performance.
4. Allow floor sufficient time to dry.
5. Apply an initial full uniform coat with an applicator or mop.
6. Allow each coat to completely dry (usually 30 – 45 minutes).
7. Apply up to 4 additional coats (*Do not apply more than 5 total coats in 24 hours).

How to Properly Maintain 'Ideal Premium'

• Floors should be mopped or swept daily to remove abrasives.
• Damp mop with a neutral cleaner as necessary.
• Worn traffic areas may be recoated with excellent results.
• To prolong the period between complete stripping & recoating, the use of a floor rejuvenator like 'Restore' is recommended.
