Bright Solutions® Blast Away Oven & Grill Cleaner is a powerful, ready-to-use foaming cleaner formulated to tackle grease, oil, and heavily carbonized soils on commercial cooking equipment. The aggressive formula clings to vertical surfaces, providing extended contact time to penetrate stubborn buildup on ovens, grills, food smoking equipment, and other cooking surfaces. It can also be used to help decarbonize cooking utensils, making it a versatile solution for demanding commercial kitchen cleaning applications.

Blast Away features a citrus fragrance and is formulated to clean without producing noxious, choking fumes. For heavily soiled surfaces, scrape away loose soils before applying the cleaner. Spray the product onto the surface, allow it to work for approximately 15 minutes, wipe clean, and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
