4" Clear Plastic Hand Tool (#10-0500-I) for the CleanFreak® 3 Gallon Non-Heated Carpet Spotter

Just got my replacement as the original head started leaking w/o holding the trigger. After installing the new one, it drips w/o holding the trigger and it doesn't seem to sit in the end of the hose as snuggly as the original. Also, it seems to have been used as there are traces of liquid on the nozzle. Probably won't last very long so I may just make my own extractor w/ all the youtube videos that are out. Probably won't buy it again.

I’m stuck with the unit. Electrical comes loose, have to connect every so often. The extractor sprayer leaks so I have to kick off the pump. Worked great in the beginning just cheap construction not commercial level. I run professional filtered deionized water in the extractor. Debating on getting another wand. Or move to a different brand.

Let me start by stating the cleaner itself has been a strong and excellent machine. The hand tool on the other hand obviously by other reviews. My experience with this tool began wonderfully. I like that it’s clear so that I may see the color of the water extracting. On the other hand using a plastic tool for something that is used with certain amounts of pressure did not play out too well. The trigger broke off first and the button and I had to press the button to make the water come out. Shortly after that the handle cracked and leaked at its bend from being used. Luckily I had a strong tape to fix it.
Lastly my opinion for this tool does not reflect its worth for the price.

I’m on my third wand now, they break after about a year of light use, wish they would switch to metal one.
I really like that it’s made in the US and these guys are great at supporting the products they sell.
