Product Description

These 14" x 24" rectangular 'Maroon X' floor stripping pads are designed for extra-aggressive stripping, making it ideal for demanding restoration projects. The extreme abrasiveness allows for the pads to effectively remove urethane coatings from wood floors. Eco-friendly and versatile, these pads can be used dry for chemical-free floor finish removal. Or, they can be used wet with just water, or in combination with a neutral cleaner.

The 'Maroon X' pads are compatible with 14" x 24" orbital machines such as the Clarke® CA60 24B Boost floor scrubber. Each case includes 10 pads that are 3/8" thick, and have abrasive particles distributed throughout their synthetic fibers for superior performance.

'Maroon X' pads are engineered to resist degradation over time. To maximize durability, rinse each pad after use to remove debris, then hang it to dry.

Very Important: This ⅜" pad MUST be used with the 14" x 24" red spacer pad shown to the left. Using the ⅜" pad alone on your machine will damage your floor, as the pad driver has small pins that hold the pad in place. Without proper padding, these pins can score the flooring.

Directions for Use

1. Dust mop or sweep floors before stripping.
2. Attach a 14" x 24" red floor buffing pad between the pad driver and this stripping pad as a spacer.
3. Use the pad wet or dry until soil and finish are removed, or the desired appearance is achieved.
4. If using wet, remove water residue with one of our wet mops, wet vacuums, or automatic floor scrubbers.
5. For dry use, we recommend a vacuum, dust mop, or dusting sheets like our 'EasyDust' cleaning & dusting sheets to remove debris.
6. Rinse the floor and allow it to dry before recoating or reopening to traffic.

Product Care

• To extend pad life, rinse with a pressure spray nozzle after each use & hang to dry.
