These special diamond electroplated screens are made to provide outstanding results on polished concrete, natural stone, terrazzo floors, and other porous floors. These screens will repair traffic patterns, scratches and stains before they become a costly issue and can be used with your current floor buffer or auto scrubber (up to 350 RPMs), thanks to requiring no special equipment. The exposed diamonds don’t require any break-in and will produce immediate results on your floor. These DiaMEND screens last 3 times longer than resin bonded products that are commonly used for these types of jobs. The screens are reusable as long they are operating properly, continue to produce a slurry, and show no fraying on the outer edges. Equal performance has been found on concrete and terrazzo floors when preparing damaged floors for diamond polishing making this screen an extremely versatile and effective floor restoration solution.
The gold screen is made produce to a smooth satin finish and should be the last screen to be used on your floors. If this screen doesn’t produce the results you want, work you way down to the 400 grit screen and 220 grit screen until the floor looks the way you wish. Then proceed to work your way back up with the 400 and 600 grit screens. Please note that these screens should be used on a pad like our red pads.
