Franklin Cleaning Technology Freshbreeze Ultra Concentrate Neutral pH Cleaner effectively cleans without dulling the finish. This economical concentrated cleaner is DfE (Designed For the Environment) rated, and can be used on all floor surfaces not harmed by water. The low-foaming, rinse-free formula will leave floors glossy and streak free. Ideal for use with a mop and bucket or automatic walk behind scrubbers to easily remove food residue, scuff marks, residue and spills. This solution leaves behind a fresh citrus scent. Concentrated formula recommended dilution ratio is 1 ounce of solution per 1 gallon of water (1:128).

Definitely Yes
Use this regularly on VCT and ceramic tile floors. It is neutral-based so it protects the floor finish while thoroughly cleaning the floor. Also use it in conjunction with a floor scrubber in conjunction with blue pads for scrub and recoat work. Pleasant smell.
