Spotlight on: Sandia Products

Based in Huntington, California, Sandia Products has been providing high-quality floor and carpet care equipment since 1996. Each machine is assembled by a team of professionals on-site and is tested for the highest quality performance.

President and CEO “Mr. Bill” Allen has worked furiously to make sure Sandia manufactures state-of-the-art janitorial equipment that is backed by unmatched service. At age 18, Bill founded Hawaii Care and Cleaning, Inc. and still considers himself a “town janitor”, even with his large successes in the JanSan industry.

An Unstoppable Cleaning Force: The Sandia Sniper Extractor Series

One of the most popular Sandia products is the Sniper Carpet Extractor. The Sniper is known for its superior performance. The series offers extractors available in both 6 gallon and 12 gallon tank capacities, ranging from 100 to 800 PSI pump rates. The innovative design allows motors to stay cool even in the direst cleaning situations. Heated units are also available (which heat the water up to 198 degrees in under 2 minutes), as well as additional add-on features.

The Snipers’ design combines durability and convenience. Made with a molded polyethylene body that stands up to rough transportation, resists carrion and protects its inner components. The large wheels and molded lifting handles make it easy to move around to various areas of the job site, as well as up and downstairs.

Pro Tip – Keep Your Carpet Extractor Running Strong

Your carpet extractor should be winterized between uses if it is ever exposed to below freezing temperatures. To winterize your machine, pour 1/2 gallon of windshield wiper fluid into the empty solution tank. Aim the spray gun into the solution tank. Run the pump and spray it into the solution tank until the fluid flows from the gun into the tank. Then run 1 gallon of water through the extractor before the next use.

We carry a variety of carpet extractors for all types of jobs. If you need help deciding which one is right for your needs, contact our cleaning specialists.
