Accepted Payment Options

At, we understand that payment options are important to our customers and can impact the success of their businesses. To help ensure that our equipment is available to all customers in all stages of their business lifecycle, we offer multiple payment paths to consider. These options are laid out below with more information on what it could mean for you and your company.

Credit Card

We are an online store and accept the major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments are taken at the point of sale and your orders are processed and shipped shortly thereafter, unless there is a backorder or a drop-ship. This payment method is the quickest way to receive your products. You can shop online with confidence, as we have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers. The process is encrypted and adheres to strict security protocols to protect your information.


Like Credit Card payments, just choose the Paypal option at checkout and we will charge that secure account. This method also gets your order processed and shipped much more quickly than other payment options.

Business Accounts

Has your company been in business for at least 3 years? Do you have an on-time payment record with at least 4 major trade suppliers? Does your organization usually purchase via purchase orders? If so, you may be eligible to apply for a business account with us where you would have NET30 day terms to pay off your invoices. A business account is beneficial for your business as you can order your items and then have 30 days to pay them off in full. This makes it easy to reorder and gives you the ability to cut a check once a month instead of having multiple credit card transactions to keep track of.

ACH and Wire Transfer

ACH payments take about a business day and wire transfers are instant deposits, and we can have your order processed and shipped in a timely manner. However, there is an additional fee of $40.00 for wire transfers. To inquire about the information needed to complete this payment method, please reach out to one of our knowledgeable salespeople.

Checks, Cashier Checks and Money Orders

We can accept personal and business checks, cashier checks and money orders for payment. You would need to communicate with a salesperson to have a Pro Forma Invoice made up and emailed over to you. From there you can send in the payment for that Pro Forma amount. With this method, we do have to hold the order for 7 business days, until the check clears with the bank, before we can start shipping your order. If you are in a rush to get the products, this wouldn’t be the most efficient payment method choice.


We offer financing as an option for our customers through our 3rd party finance company, QuickSpark Financial. To qualify, your order needs to be over $1,000.00 and you need to be approved by QuickSpark according to their approval guidelines. If paying for products in full is not an option for your business, financing is a great opportunity to make manageable monthly payments. This gives you the chance to start earning money with your new equipment before your first payment is due. Financing purchases can be tax-deductible and can allow you to reinvest in your business. Financing can also help improve your business credentials for future endeavors. The processing time for a financing deal does vary. As long as you get the information that the finance company or needs in a timely manner, the process is smooth and only takes a few business days.
