The chemists, blenders and researchers working on our team are among the most talented and innovative in the industry. Some chemical products can only be shipped within the continental United States.
Coupons & Rebates:
All coupons, rebates, and other discounts must be applied at the point of purchase. No type of discount can be applied after the sale has been completed.
Damages:
All packages must be opened and inspected for damages incurred during shipment, before signing any bill of lading or accepting any UPS packages. All damage claims should be made with the carrier at that time. Sorry, but CleanFreak is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipment.
Errors and Omissions:
CleanFreak.com strives to bring you the lowest prices possible. This is done through volume purchasing and stringent cost control. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing. However, we do reserve the right to cancel any order based on availability changes or pricing errors posted on our site. This applies to items priced above or below the current correct price.
International Orders:
All international orders shipping outside of the United States must be paid with a bank wire transfer, ACH transfer, or money order in US funds (US Dollars) . There will be no returns on any international orders. Shipments can only be delivered to a continental United States address. Customer must arrange for freight forwarding to any delivery location outside of the continental United States. No FREE products, or chemicals can shipped outside of the continental United States.
Privacy Policy:
You can have complete confidence when providing information to CleanFreak.com. All information is regarded as confidential. Only a very limited number of qualified CleanFreak personnel are able to view this information. Your business information is never sold or borrowed to other companies or organizations. All credit card information is immediately destroyed after your transaction is completed.
Return Policy:
Items must be returned in new unused condition. We reserve the right to reject returns on any used or mishandled products. All items ordered from CleanFreak.com must be thoroughly tested within 30 days for any defects, returns or exchanges. Customers must call ahead to receive an order return number. Postage must be postpaid to the destination of returned items. The initial shipping costs will be deducted from the credited amount. Damage caused during shipment should be discussed with the parcel post carrier. Shipments canceled mid order subject to refund less any shipping cost, including shipments that were returned due to the carrier being unable to contact anyone at the delivery address. This will include any customer who provides an incorrect phone number, or delivery address, and the customer will be responsible for any storage fees incurred. All returned machinery and accessories will be subject to a 15% - 25% restocking fee, with the exception of any manufacturer's defects.

We strive to have our orders entered and shipped within 24 hours of you placing your order. Very occasionally an item will be delayed. If the item(s) will not be delivered in the standard 7 to 12 business days, one of our customer service agents will contact you for further instructions.
