Standards to Receive the Gold Medal Award
· A highly sought after piece of equipment that is used in many applications
· Product has excelled in multiple and repeated field tests over a defined period of years
· Machine has achieved a score of at least 9.0 out of a 10.0 perfect score in all repeated field tests. Major tests to include: serviceability in the field, overall design performance, availability of parts, exceptional field performance, ergonomics, sustained heavy duty use, durability of painted, plated or chromed surfaces, wear characteristics of all rubber and electrical components.
· At least a 99% customer satisfaction rating.
· All Gold Medal machines must have rigorous quality standards at point of manufacture. Upon delivery to our 3 physical locations, every piece of equipment is physically inspected by our quality control supervisor. Any product that does not meet our exacting requirements is rejected.
