Moves easily from carpet to hard surfaces with no adjustment, as the soft plastic wheels will not harm any surface. The powerful, high-speed, balanced, double helix brushes whirl at 6,500 RPM, almost twice as fast as other brands. This Oreck vac comes with a gold rating from The Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI).
