The Shark SC-2412 Automatic Hot Water Parts Washer with Rotating Basket is our
most popular automatic parts washer. It is designed to create fast, effective
cleaning with a rotating parts basket (24 inches in diameter) surrounded by eight
precision spray nozzles. This sleek unit can handle loads of up to 250 lbs. and
12" in height. It is further automated by a 15-minute wash timer so technicians
can keep working while parts are being cleaned. Ideal for washing; Small Engine
Parts, Pistons and Cylinders, Gaskets, Brakes, Machined Items.

Features:
· Rugged 1/2 HP centrifugal pump with open impeller is extremely tolerant
to small particles and continually flushes seals.
· Sturdy gear motor-drive turntable continuously rotates basket to expose
parts to 360-degree spray.
· High-efficiency calrod heating element is protected in an incoloy sheath
for long life.
· Adjustable thermostat maintains water temperature at 50-175° F.
· Momentary safety switch automatically turns off pump when lid is opened
to protect operator from hot-water spray.
· Caster wheels for moving unit about the shop.
· Gas-spring struts keep the lid closed or open for assisting in one-hand
operation of the lid.
· Tri-Lingual operating instructions and warning labels provide owner
liability protection.
· Decant oil separator removes floating oils.
· 14-Gauge steel cabinet is protected by a 2-step, polyurethane paint
with industrial-automotive finish.
· Large 1-1/2" drain port allows for quick removal of wastewater
from tank.
· Modular design makes for easy field installation of plug-and-play options.
· Standard low-water shutoff valve automatically shuts down the unit
if the tank level drops too low thus protecting both the heating element and
pump from damage.
· Easy-to-access decant oil separator conveniently skims oil from wastewater;
optional removable oil collection container.
· Control panel operates heater, turntable and wash cycle operation,
plus has low-water shut-off indicator.
