The U.S. Products Agitator 16 multi-surface machine has achieved the Silver Seal of Approval for deep cleaning extractors and systems from the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI). These tests performed by CRI tests for higher than standard averages for soil removal from carpeted surfaces, water removal, and texture retention. There are 4 levels of awards; bronze, silver, gold and platinum. With the Agitator 16 obtaining a Silver Seal, this means that the machine cleans at a much higher level than standard carpet extractors.
