This 20 inch low speed floor scrubber is made specifically for scrubbing, stripping, and buffing commercially tiled floors, like those found in most retail stores. To receive a high shine after scrubbing with this low speed machine, we recommend using one of our high speed electric corded burnishers. With a motor that has a capacitor start, is induction run, and fully rated, you get a buffer that comes with a 3 year warranty on the power train, and 1 year on parts and labor.
