The CleanFreak "Contender" is a 2000 RPM high speed battery powered burnisher which is constructed out of a one piece rotationally molded, double walled, high density, acid resistant polyethylene chassis. The base cover/motor mount is constructed of a high density double walled polyethylene for impact resistance. It also tilts back for transporting the machine and simple removal or installtion of the pad. The "Contender" comes with a fully balanced pad holder with pad centering device, which allows better control and ease of operation while conforming to irregularities of floor surfaces.

· 2 ½ H.P. DC direct drive motor
· 5 cycle “smart” Built-in battery charger
· Providing maximum operating time, (3) 220 amp 12 volt batteries are easily accessible for installation and removal
· Recharge plug assembly is conveniently located for battery recharging without removal and plugs into any 110 Volt standard electrical outlet
· The two 8” ball bearing wheels and one 4” ball bearing swivel caster with polyurethane non-marking tread allow the TMB2000 to be easily turned with-in its own length

Control Panel:
Controls are clearly marked on the control panel which is easily visible and conveniently located at the operator’s finger tips
Battery condition Meter - reads charge of batteries
Load meter - indicates pad pressure
Master switch - a safety feature to prevent accidental startup
Motor Brush Indicator - lights when carbon brushes need replacing
Power light - indicates when master switch is in the ON position
Circuit Breaker - safeguards against motor burnout and trips current at 60 amps overload
