This preconditioner from Core is specially formulated for traffic lanes and heavily soiled areas of non-stain resistant carpets. It helps to loosen the toughest water and oil based soils prior to cleaning. Reduces overwetting and eliminates over scrubbing, not only saving you time, but also extending the life of the carpet. We insist that you always vacuum beforehand to remove as much loose soil as possible, and to test this product in an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire area of carpeting. It is always a good idea to pre-spot problem areas with a stain removing spotter before applying this preconditioner.
