Just like the rest of our gas powered cart mount power washers, this machine is rated for industrial work. The 4000 PSI is great for breaking down any heavily soiled surface. The pressure on the pump is adjustable, so you can turn the power down if you're just pressure washing the outside of a building and you don't want to strip the paint or blow water through the seals in the windows.
